What driver's license is required for these vehicles?
The SmarTuk L2 can be driven with an AM license (moped license). The L5 Cargo, L5 Limo GT, and L5 eFoodTuk fall under the EU vehicle category L5e and can be driven with a standard Class B driver's license. This opens up new possibilities for staffing, such as for apprentices or younger drivers.
Are the vehicles street-legal in Europe?
Yes. All our vehicles are homologated according to European WVTA standards and are fully street-legal throughout Europe. You will receive the Certificate of Conformity (CoC) and all necessary registration documents upon delivery.
What are the range and charging time?
Depending on the model, the range is up to 140 km per charge—enough for a full day of work in the city. Charging takes about 4–6 hours using any standard 230V outlet. No special charging infrastructure or wallbox is required.
How much does an eTuk cost?
Prices depend heavily on the model, configuration, and individual features. We would be happy to provide you with a tailored quote, including financing and leasing options.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery time is between 8 and 12 weeks from receipt of order. This may be extended for custom configurations. We will inform you of the confirmed delivery date once your order has been processed.
Do you offer financing or leasing?
Yes. We facilitate financing and commercial leasing through established banking partners. You can purchase the vehicle directly, finance it, or use it via operating or finance leasing – depending on your liquidity and balance sheet strategy. You will receive advice on this along with your individual quote.
Can I have the vehicle customized with my corporate design?
Yes, absolutely. The body, cargo box, interior, doors, and structure can be painted, wrapped, and branded according to your corporate design. Logo placement, brand colors, and custom structures such as vendor units (street food, coffee bar) are included in the configuration process.
