Last-mile delivery

The SmarTuk L2 in delivery and courier operations

Inner-city delivery is becoming more demanding: environmental zones and access restrictions limit the use of traditional vans, while dense routes lose time at every stop due to parking and maneuvering challenges.

‍

The SmarTuk L2 is designed specifically for this environment and efficient last-mile delivery: 137 cm narrow, a 6.5 m turning circle, 100% electric, and featuring 1.5 m³ of weather-protected cargo space. This applies to high-density parcel routes as well as courier and express deliveries where direct routes through city traffic are essential. It can be charged at any standard 230V outlet at the depot—no investment in additional charging infrastructure required.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many shipments fit in the SmarTuk L2?

The cargo space holds 1.5 m³. The exact number of shipments depends on the parcel structure—we are happy to calculate this for you during a consultation using real route data.

Is the range sufficient for a full delivery route?

Up to 120 km per charge is generally more than enough to cover inner-city routes with high stop density. Charging is done via a standard 230V outlet, taking approximately 5 hours to reach 80%.

What driver's license do drivers need?

Class AM (from age 15). Included in Class B.

Can the fleet be monitored centrally?

Yes. The standard Vehicle Intelligence System (VIS) provides live tracking, battery status, trip analysis, and fleet overview—without the need for retrofitting or third-party hardware.

What does it cost to use the SmarTuk L2 for last-mile delivery?

Costs depend on configuration, quantity, branding, financing, and usage profile. We will work with you to review route length, charging requirements, and fleet size to create a customized quote.

What are the terms for fleet orders?

We offer volume discounts for larger orders. Leasing and financing options are available through our financing partner. We also provide support in identifying and applying for relevant subsidy programs for commercial electric vehicles.
