Maintenance & Support
Electric drivetrains have significantly fewer wear parts than combustion engines. You can handle many tasks yourself – for everything else, we are your point of contact.
Scheduled maintenance
Maintenance intervals are documented in your model's user manual and are based on time or mileage. Each item is clearly marked: you can perform visual inspections and simple maintenance tasks—such as checking tire pressure, lighting, cleaning, and lubrication—yourself if you have basic technical knowledge.
Work on the braking system, drivetrain, and electronics must be performed by an authorized specialist workshop. This includes changing brake fluid and differential oil, as well as reading the error history.
* If the vehicle is not in use for an extended period, recharge the battery monthly – a deeply discharged lithium battery can suffer permanent damage.
Keep your maintenance records: Adhering to the maintenance schedule and using approved original parts are requirements for warranty claims. Your manual includes a service booklet with fields for stamps.
Support
You have three options for troubleshooting and technical questions:
Self-help
If a malfunction occurs, the vehicle will display an error code. You can find the corresponding cause and the necessary steps in your manual. Many issues can be resolved on your own in just a few minutes.
Technical Support
Call or write to us. With the error code and a description, we can resolve many issues remotely.
Workshop
For anything that cannot be resolved on-site, we will coordinate repairs through an authorized specialist workshop.
Spare Parts
We supply original spare parts for all models – brakes, batteries, tires, lighting, mirrors, seats, controls, and body parts.
Provide us with your vehicle identification number or the part number, and we will check which part fits your configuration.
* Using non-approved spare parts will void your warranty.
Recalls & service campaigns
Vehicle identification numbers affected by recalls and service campaigns are published here. You can use this portal to check if your vehicle is affected (you can find the VIN in your vehicle registration document and on the vehicle itself).
If your vehicle is listed, please contact us. We will organize the necessary parts and the service.
Service request
The more precise your information, the faster the diagnosis. Detailed information usually saves us from having to ask follow-up questions.
Thank you for your request.
